Hello CCF Parents,

Please download SwimTopia’s mobile app for the upcoming CCF swim season. With this app, we’ll be able to communicate with you through push notifications, which is helpful when we need to get information out quickly, such as rain delays or weather alerts.

To receive push alerts on your phone:

1. Download the SwimTopia Mobile App on the App Store or Google Play
2. Log in with your SwimTopia login (you must have an activated login on the team site to log into your account on the app)
3. Check your app’s notification settings -- ensure that it’s set to pop up on your screen (Android users: you may need to receive your first notification before you can edit this setting)

After you have enabled the notifications, please go into each meet and mark whether your swimmer will be attending or not attending.

If you have a junior penguin (JP), you can select whether they will attend or not attend a meet. Please note that it is rare for a JP to swim in a Penguin swim meet. This will be a discussion before the date with Coach Tom.

Another item to note is that the league will no longer report results on the MeetMobile app. You will be able to see the meet results in the SwimTopia app.
